At Venom Scents, we want you to be completely captivated by your signature fragrance. If a scent isn't the perfect match, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery provided the bottle remains in its original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all seals are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your new fragrance within 5-7 business days.
